Andy’s Tree Service is a local company. We are based in Escondido, and serve the surrounding area. Besides Escondido, we service places like San Marcos, Valley Center, Rancho Bernardo, and Rancho Santa Fe, but we’ll go farther if you give us something to bite into (i.e., a larger job, to be worth the travel).
But tree removals are often like that these days. We get many jobs to remove quite big trees on a regular basis. We are fully equipped to handle it, and are fully insured and licensed. Although I will say right here that though we have all that insurance and everything, it has never been used.

Both of those are obviously needed. That is, proper insurance and a great track record. And though we have done all kinds of crazy big tree removal projects over the years, we have never had an accident of size. I think we have broken a roofing tile 2 or 3 times, and one time a window got broken, this over the 30 years of big jobs.
Another thing that is important about tree removals, and working often on highly complicated landscaping, is the protection of all the plants, furniture, and all the other stuff people have below the tree to be removed, and while carrying branches etc to the chipper truck.
You need a company that can immediately know how to protect that stuff with various techniques, honed over time. Furniture, and things like potted plants, are often moved to a safe area. Other things like gates are tarped. Sometimes plywood is utilized to protect things like windows etc.
But the most important thing of all, is tree removal technique. It has to do with protective gear and experience. You have to have it all and know it all. A person who has all that gear and experience, is like a joy to watch. It’s almost like they appear to be dancing, almost like it is effortless in a way. It even looks kind of like they are having fun. And it is also actually quite super-fast.
The MOST Important Part Of A Tree Removal Job
The most important part of a tree removal job is from where the cut is made in the tree to where the branch or log is lying on the ground. How is it going to fall, in other words? Is it going to just free fall, and smash down on everything? Or is it going to be suspended, and gradually and gently come down, to be “pulled off” to a safe area for processing? It just has to be done right, that’s all. If it is, problems of any kind are almost unheard of.
